With an attitude of gratitude, Sharnayde shares the space with Emma to talk all things health and wellness whilst also allowing Emma to vicariously experience the depths of being a nurse in an ER in a third world country. So prepare for some wow factors and strap yourselves in.
From the inside out, Sharnayde prioritizes the only real thing we each have; our vessels, our bodies, our very own home that gets us from A to B. Her goal to be the best version of herself and her dharma is to help others be their most loveable selves too. From waking up well before the sun is shining and a bedtime of 7:30pm; movement is Sharnayde's medicine and she likes doing it when the world is still fast asleep.
In this episode, these Sheilas discuss Sharnayde’s story including tragically losing her father at the age of 12, the life lessons this installed within her, her obsession with running and the instant connection it gives her to her father, the challenges of injuries, heartbreak, covid, nursing, volunteering, solo trekking and finding herself by being by herself. This woman proves there is nothing a little bit of movement, discipline, feeling the feels and cooking delicious healthy recipes cannot overcome.
